This one bedroom beachside apartment in Landmark Resort (largest floor plan for type of apartment in Resort) has spacious living and bedroom areas and a huge balcony with an ocean view. It is in the heart of Mooloolaba directly opposite the Surfclub and patrolled area of the Beach. If you have been dreaming of waking up to the sound of the ocean, this perfect holiday apartment on the Esplanade with great resort facilities (gym, pool, health spa, hot tub, sauna, rooftop BBQ) is the one for you. On level 2 of the Resort, this apartment has a separate bedroom with queen size bed, new bathroom with spa bath and walk in shower, smart TV, beautifully equipped kitchen and laundry. It is great for short or longer stays. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge which converts to a double-size bed, so if you have kids or an additional guest it could be perfect for you. What We Love: - Prime North East position opposite Mooloolaba Beach - Located in a very popular 4.5 star Resort & Spa - Walking distance to cafes, bars, shops, wharf and supermarket - Opposite the walking paths that take you north or south - Central to Sunshine Coast attractions - Opposite the surf lifesaver patrolled beach
One of the highlights of this apartment is that you are central to Mooloolaba right on the waterfront with view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. Mooloolaba's patrolled beach is directly opposite the resort and with fine dining, cafes, tourist attractions, and all that Mooloolaba has to offer right on your doorstep you couldn't wish for a better location. Mooloolaba is renowned for its stunning beach, river, canals & waterways, cafes, restaurants, clubs and nightlife. Mooloolaba Beach is right on your doorstep, it doesn't get closer than this! Public transport is easily accessible with bus stops close by, bicycles for hire, or for the more adventurous there are e-Scooters/e-bicycles for hire locally.
