This came about as guests departing Swansea Cottages for Hobart were seeking quality fully self contained accommodation close to Hobart and conveniently located. We rose to the occasion and purchased two strategically placed properties in Moonah which are midway between Hobart and MONA, the world renowned Museum of New and Modern Art at Berriedale.

Both accommodations are centrally located and conveniently very close to shops, supermarket 100M, departments stores 200M attractions and facilities. 200M separates the two properties. All are fully insulated, warm and cosy with temperature controlled central heating heating and air-conditioning. Both properties have ample off street parking for up to 3 vehicles., Undercover Patio/BBQ, temperature controlled gas hot water, tea/coffee/hot chocolate and amenities as per a quality hotel.
