Capturing views over the treetops, this elevated home embodies Adelaide’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle. It's a haven for cat lovers, as you'll be hosted by our furry friend Charli who has free reign of the house. If you are allergic or don't like cats, this property may not be for you. A full wall of glass windows in the living room creates a seamless transition to the alfresco dining area and the wet-edge swimming pool. Inside, an open play layout means the space is flooded with natural light. Choose from multiple dining areas, out on the deck beside the BBQ or indoors around the dining table. A breakfast bar encourages slow mornings over your morning coffee. The kitchen comes well equipped for your holiday catering, but you’ll also find plenty of shops and eateries close by. Kick back on the sofas in the evening, either downstairs or up in the attic, while enjoying movie nights at home on the TV with Chromecast. There are also plenty of books for your entertainment. Two bedrooms are set with queen-sized beds with the primary offering an attached ensuite with a bath and shower. A fold-out sofa bed in the third bedroom can sleep two children, with this room doubling as a home office. The third bedroom also has a compact ensuite to freshen up in between Zoom calls. Central evaporative air-conditioning and heating keep things comfortable all year round. The main bathroom caters to bedroom two, while laundry facilities including both a washing machine and dryer add to your everyday convenience. Parking for two cars is provided on the driveway. Please be informed that there will be a cat present throughout your stay at the property.

Neighbourhood information

Sitting roughly a 20-minute drive from the city centre, the green neighbourhood of Burnside offers peaceful, park-side living. It’s known for its gardens and reserves, including Greenhill Recreation Park, Willowbridge Reserve and Langham Recreation Reserve. Start your day with coffee and pastries from Lockwood General, a local café gem. From here you’re five minutes from the fashionable shopping hub of Burnside Village, home to a number of Australian designers. In town, visit notable attractions such as the Adelaide Zoo, Adelaide Central Market and the Art Gallery of South Australia.
