Modern architect designed new apartment comprising 3 large bedrooms.
Master bedroom has an ensuite. Each bedroom has 2 beds. 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets in total. Fully fitted kitchen with dining area and expansive TV lounge area. Central heating, cooling and WIFI throughout.
I take great pride in making sure our guests are treated royally and are superbly comfortable. We do our utmost to ensure our guests have access to great amenities to make their stay relaxing and enjoyable.
Quiet cul-de-sac tree lined street with quiet and courteous neighbours throughout the street.
Free parking on the street outside the home. Bus stop and Ripponlea Train Station just a few short minutes walk. Lovely park with fully equipped children's playground one minute walk away. Shopping centre with lots of cafes and restaurants minutes walk. St Kilda beach just a few minutes drive.
