Welcome to our coastal retreat perfectly located in the heart of Cowes! A short 400m walk to the main street and 500m stroll to the north-facing Cowes Beach- walk to everything! Boasting 2 generous living areas, a sun-soaked north-facing deck with a BBQ for alfresco dining, fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. Added security with an electric gate leading to a long driveway and secure access pedestrian gate. Wood heater, laundry with washer & dryer, split systems and solar panels.
We are Suzie & Aizad, and parent 2 young kids in Melbourne. We fell in love with Phillip Island years ago and have spent countless holidays on the gorgeous island. We are thrilled to finally own a piece of the island and want to share it with you! We're passionate about creating a comfortable, relaxing space where guests can unwind and enjoy. We hope you love this retreat as much as we do, and we’re here to ensure you have an unforgettable stay!
