BOND - a refundable bond of 1000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date. NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond. Additional costs when booking: Port-a-Cot 50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire. Sofa Bed 100 per booking with towel, and linen hire. Beach/pool towels are 8 per towel hire/ per booking. NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered. The open-plan design includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a return bench and four bar stools, perfect for casual dining or entertaining. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and a large window with a cozy built-in daybed offering breathtaking ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two extra-long single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, along with a TV. Designed for year-round comfort, the property includes split-system air conditioning in the main living area and master bedroom. It also has a main bathroom with laundry facilities, a small single garage for beach and water equipment, and off-street parking for vehicles or a boat.
