Positioned alongside tranquil parklands and only a 400 metre walk to the popular Nielson's Beach. The Building boasts an outdoor swimming pool with swim- jets, outdoor spa, BBQ area, secure basement car-parking and a lift access from the basement to all floors. The apartment overlooks the neighbouring parkland and gardens. Families with young children will love the ground floor apartment that allows easy access to the adjoining park, pool area and the nearby beach, playgrounds, skate park etc.
