Our property is situated in a quiet residential area, and we have a strict no-party policy. We kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum, especially during the evening hours, to respect our local neighbors. Please note that excessive noise, noise complaints resulting in NSW Government (Noisy Neighbors) or police intervention, or the issuance of a noise order will lead to immediate eviction without a refund of any payments and may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. Quiet Hours: Please refrain from making noise outside between 10 pm on weekends and 9 pm on weekdays, including Sundays. Occupancy Limits: The number of guests occupying the property should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or any subsequent written or email agreement. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in eviction and/or additional charges. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbours.
