We specialise in managing a curated collection of unique holiday rentals in the Blue Mountains. Each property is thoughtfully cared for by our dedicated team, ensuring every detail contributes to a memorable stay. We take pride in offering you a comfortable and seamless experience. Open-plan dining and lounge area. • Lower Ground Floor: Kitchen and back deck are accessed by descending three steps. ___ 9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW: • Due to the close proximity of neighbours near the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas. ___ IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY: • The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation. ___ NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY: • There is a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. ___

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.

- COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.

- Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
