We expect guests to fully respect the apartment complex's apartment, rules and shared space. No party is allowed. Police will escort you, and a damage payment will be required. Please be nice and respectful guests. We have invested a great deal to curate a ready-made staycation. Being decent guests is the only requirement you need to adhere to. The apartment offers reasonable prices and high-quality furniture, bedding and services. Reducing cleaning fees will benefit both parties from the reservation. It is only 5 minutes away by driving and 15 minutes by walking. The M1 freeway is 15 minutes away. M-city is a newly built apartment complex with two levels of the commercial shopping centre and two parking levels. The apartment is designed to be suitable for people who require special needs. Guests with an electric car can charge it right at the M-city shopping centre complex. Everything is within walking distance, from food, entertainment, fitness, pharmacy, medical centre, and beauty services, located at G&Level 1. The elevator goes to the apartment floor, with no steps, only ramps. It is suitable for families with small children or the elderly. The building is accessible throughout.
