The townhouse itself is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk to a Woolworths supermarket in one direction and an IGA supermarket in the other. Preston Markets are even closer, offering a host of eateries, and shops for food, fashion, home/living hair and beauty. Even more choice is available only a little further away on High Street. HP Zwar Park is a few minutes stroll from the townhouse, with Preston City Oval 12 minutes on foot. The Preston Conference Centre is just 5 minutes walk away.
