Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).

BEDROOM: The bedroom have queen-sized bunk bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom have shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - integrated fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - integrated dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has Samsung 65" TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer as well as iron and ironing board are available to use. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's nearby park, lake access, and Common Garden / Courtyard throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas. NOTE: Please be advised that the Barbeque Area and Rooftop remain unavailable for use. PARKING: The car space is a car stacker, and you will need use the key and your car space is on the bottom. There are instructions on the wall next to car space where you will need to insert the key. Please make sure you park on the lower car space.
