Property information

A private ensuite bedroom with king single bed, gorgeous bathroom, quality air-conditioning and keyed door lock. Use of kitchenette, TV and dining area and laundry. Private entrance with great security. Amazing central city location, walking distance to The Strand and City. This bedroom is downstairs and the retired owners live upstairs. This is a non-smoking property, quiet hours are 10pm and 7am and to ensure the safety and security of residents and guests, no visitors are allowed on-site. The kitchenette is equipped with appliances for storing, toasting, heating and re-heating prepared food only. Kitchenette hours and 7am to 9pm. The laundry has a washer & dryer and clothes line and washing powder is included, The kitchenette and lounge is shared with a maximum of 2 other people.
