This charming ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is exquisitely renovated and nestled on a serene private street, offering a tranquil retreat while remaining close to all the area's attractions. The apartment's open plan living, kitchen, and dining area is the heart of the home, seamlessly flowing onto a spacious, covered courtyard. The modern gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a large wrap-around benchtop, high-quality appliances, and elegant brushed brass fixtures. Step outside to the expansive balcony, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the gentle coastal breezes and soothing sounds of the surf. Inside, you'll find two generously sized bedrooms. The master suite includes a beautifully renovated ensuite and a built in robe, while the second bedroom also features a built-in robe and both have access to the front courtyard. The additional fully renovated bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, and vanity, and is complemented by a convenient integrated laundry. 🚧 GOLD COAST LIGHT RAIL CONSTRUCTION Please note that the Burleigh area is currently affected by ongoing construction due to the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion. This may cause daytime noise, traffic changes, and general activity nearby. While this is beyond our control, we want guests to be aware before booking.
