Jinang Beach Guesthouse is located on a corner block so it is completely private with a separate driveway and entry for your convenience. There are 2 shared walls with the main house so please be mindful you may hear some slight noise during your stay. There is 1 large bedroom with a queen bed and room for a portacot or mattress on the floor for your child or fur baby. This room has a shared wall with the laundry in the main house, there is extra insulation but you may hear a slight sound of a washing machine or dryer during the day. We have a newly renovated bathroom with a lovely rain shower for your comfort. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need and a washer/dryer combo also in one of the kitchen cupboards. The living area is very spacious and has a sofa bed that folds out to a queen bed for any extra guests. This room has a shared wall with the master bedroom of the main house so please keep that in mind when you are watching movies at night. There is extra insulation here, but there may be muffled noise when everything is quiet. There is a smart TV in the lounge room with Netflix provided and you can log on to any other of your preferred entertainment apps that are on the TV. This area opens out to a fully fenced and private yard for you, the kids or pets to enjoy. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off after the beach. There are occasional chairs facing north to relax and have a cuppa in the morning, a covered outdoor entertaining area for meals, and a great spot for games or doggo's to rest out of the sun. Please bring your own pet bedding to ensure they are comfortable and stay off the furniture. Your pets must be cleaned up after with no mess/fur inside or out. I love to be able to accommodate you travelling with your pets so please keep this a clean and easy process so all can enjoy. I will charge extra cleaning fees if this is not done.
