Located opposite beautiful Brighton Beach and Pier, this hotel is just 10 meters from the Royal Brighton Yacht Club. All accommodation offers a desk and a flat-screen TV. Guests can relax with a massage at the Endota Day Spa Retreat or enjoy a walk or run along the Bay. Quest Brighton on the Bay is a 15-minute walk from Middle Brighton Station along the happening Church Street boutique and cafe precinct, and 8 minutes' drive from Sandringham Yacht Club and Brighton Golf Course. It is 17 km from Melbourne's city center. Please note that none of our apartments face the beach. All 59 air-conditioned rooms and studios include tea and coffee making facilities. Each offers an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. Some studios offer a kitchenette. Continental breakfast boxes are available for an additional charge or the Royal Brighton Yacht Club offer a great daily breakfast service over looking the Marina and the bay.

This is a family Franchise business and we love Brighton! We enjoy helping visitors get the most of their time here. Our happy staff are a big part of your welcome and we all love to share a smile with you. Food is important so we do have some great recommendations that you might miss if you were not a local, so let us help with ideas for food and walks in the area.

Located directly opposite the Brighton Beach and the Royal Brighton Yacht Squadron is our apartment style hotel. Perfect for a run or walk along the beach to the famous and colourful Brighton Bathing Sheds. We offer 59 clean and comfortable apartments in a mix from the entry level Standard Queen bedded apartment (no kitchen or balcony) up to 2 Bedroom interconnecting rooms. Studio Executive and 1 Bedroom apartments have a larger room with sitting area. Our friendly establishment caters well for both the corporate and the leisure traveler. Please note that we are just a walk across the road from the Beach but do not have any rooms with a view of the beach. Balcony rooms are very limited and will require a surcharge per night due to demand. Church Street, with wonderful cafes and boutiques, is only a 10 minute walk away. Street parking is limited but possible and free. Secure parking in the building will require advance booking and is chargeable per day. You are welcome to leave your car after check out time so you can explore the beach and the charming surrounding suburb.

Our area is very safe, located across the road from the beach and many wonderful shopping precincts and restaurants. It is a very family orientated area, with many high performing schools near by. Across the road we have the Middle Brighton Baths and the Royal Brighton Yacht Club- great for a hearty hot breakfast over looking the bay and great coffee also. We love to recommend the French Restaurant near us for a special event meal to remember. In our area there are many amazing golf courses, parks and scenic walks or runs along the bay. The famous Brighton Bathing Boxes are located a short walk down the beach. Follow the boardwalk for a run or a walk for a healthy start to the day and feel good with the fresh sea breezes. Another great thing to do is to wander around the leafy streets to find heritage homes and some modern masterpieces. All this and still so close to Melbourne CBD to go see a show. Middle Brighton Train Station begins the short journey into the city.
