Offering extensive chill out areas set amongst iconic Australian Manor gums and beautiful gardens. Located 5 minutes from the heart of the Torquay township and the world famous Bells Beach. Delicious breakfast provisions provided along with a super comfortable bed, luxurious linen and towels and many other extras. Our unique self contained guest suite includes: Lux king bedroom with separate tiled bathroom. A revolving wall TV divides the space to give you a generous lounge with kitchenette dining area. Outside is your own a private patio area with comfy Adirondack chairs as you exit there is a decked path that leads to a gorgeous Bali Hut with large 2 person day bed, Badminton court, 6 person sauna and a deep copper bath (2 person hot tub) for a cold plunge or hot soak as well an outdoor hot and cold shower. Beyond the Bali Hut is spacious separate fire deck. On a clear night sky star gazing on the fire deck is a must. We have 2 super cute well behaved (and friendly) Jack Russell dogs, Charlie and Lucy, who will think you came to visit them on the property. You are welcome to interact with them or we can keep them away from the guests. Guests will have full and private access to all the rear garden areas and amenities as described.

Chalisa and Phil live at the main house. One (or both of us) will be available throughout your stay to assist you as needed. You can message us through the app or communicate via text using the phone numbers provided with your check-in information. We are happy to interact with you or leave you in peace - we will follow your lead.

Situated at arms length from busy Torquay our Ocean Acres Retreat guesthouse offers you the perfect opportunity to getaway and relax. The bird life here is truely amazing with Yellow tailed Black Cockatoos and Kookaburras regularly visiting the gardens and tall trees on this acre property. The Surf Coast is famous for its surfing beaches with the world famous Bells Beach just 5 minutes up the road. The beautiful Great Ocean Road - that winds its way through breathtaking coastal scenery - is closeby. Closer to home, 2 minutes stroll down the road, you will find our secret Messmate forrest reserve at Ocean Acres Reserve; perfect for a short walk in nature. If you want to venture further you can explore the Point Addis Basin with its spectacular views of the coast all the way to Anglesea, Aries Inlet and beyond.
