Furnished with a spacious lounge, Smart TV, dining setting, and complete with gorgeous décor, it creates a perfect environment for encouraging entertaining. The kitchen is complete with granite stone bench tops and quality stainless steel appliances. The living area leads out to a balcony overlooking Wallis Lake and the mountains. Perfect for entertaining or simply unwinding, this space includes a barbeque and dining setting, providing front-row seats to the spectacular sunsets. Both bedrooms feature built-in robes and ceiling fans. The master bedroom offers a Smart TV, air-conditioning, and ensuite with a bath and shower. It also provides access to a rear balcony. Little Street also offers a range of boatsheds where you can hire a boat or paddleboard and explore the pristine waters of Wallis Lake.
