Located across from Blairgowrie Marina and foreshore, and walking distance to the Village, this luxury retreat is one of the area’s finest. Freshly furnished and styled throughout (Dec ‘22), features include a solar-heated pool, expansive north facing indoor and outdoor living spaces, a family retreat, games area, plus gourmet kitchen facilities including a butler’s pantry and wet bar with servery. With plenty of room to relax and play, it is best suited to family or mature group getaways. Please note, the pool is solar heated.

Blairgowrie is a delightful coastal town on the Mornington Peninsula, nestled between Rye and Sorrento. A favourite amongst holidaymakers looking for a more relaxed option than the hustle of neighbouring destinations like Portsea and Sorrento, Blairgowrie has a small but prominent commercial hub of trendy cafes, gift shops and a boutique supermarket, all of which are popular amongst locals and visitors alike. Hosting some of the Mornington Peninsula’s best beaches, Blairgowrie is positioned facing Port Phillip Bay in the north and Bass Strait in the south.
