Hi - we are Swell Stays, a holiday home company in the Margaret River Region. We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in the Margaret River region including Prevelly, Gracetown and Hamelin Bay! We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are 'Living the dream Down South'. We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids! We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests. River Tree Chalet is a peaceful holiday house situated next to the weir in the heart of Margaret River. With direct access to the river, it’s an ideal spot to relax or explore the town, just a 5-minute walk away. The weir is also a fantastic swimming hole in the summer. River Tree Chalet is walking distance to all of the town's main amenities. Once in town, you can easily walk the entire length of the main street, from The tuckshop and Morries bar at one end of town to Swings, La Scarpetta Trattoria and Pizzica at the other. Swell Stays concierge can arrange a taxi/ transfer for you wherever you wish to go will and will happily pick you up from your accommodation.
