For reservations under the same name and dates, which exceed 5 rooms or comprise more than 10 people, or extend beyond 14 days, our Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy will apply, regardless of the selected rate upon booking.

In the event of non-payment, we will notify you by email, requesting an alternative payment method within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Upon check-in all guests are required to present a government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, national ID or driving license) along with the credit card used for booking under the same name. Please note that guests staying in dormitories must be 18 years of age or older.
Towel rental is available at 6 AUD for guests staying in community rooms.
