Hi, my name is Michael. We operate Margaret River Properties, focused on giving each of our guests an amazing experience as they play, relax, and explore our region. Being raised in Dunsborough, I have a love of the ocean in my blood. After being away for study and work, I realised how special this region is, and so once we had the opportunity, we decided to move back home to raise our family, and we have loved it since. After travelling over the years, whether in Paris, Montana or Port Douglas, I wanted to share my love of experiences with other people, so here we are sharing through Airbnb. We hope you fall in love with Dunsborough and the Margaret River region and that you can unwind in our spaces. We love experiencing coffee, amazing food and wine, and we are lucky that we have so many world-class options here! There is land as far as the eye can see, with complete privacy, peace and quiet, providing a real holiday away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The kids can run, play and ride their bikes while you sit back, relax and unwind taking in the atmosphere of the surrounding views, including farmland, livestock and wineries. The house is set in rural Margaret River with the township only 10 minutes away. The property sits on 125 acres which includes 60 acres of native bush featuring walking paths to explore the abundant flora and fauna that changes with the seasons. The property has 3 large ponds that attract a variety of wildlife. Kangaroos and emus can be seen as you sit on the deck enjoying the spectacular sunsets of the rural Southwest while sampling a glass of wine from one of the many local nearby vineyards of the famous Margaret River wine region. The house is spacious and comfortable with views from every window. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with two bedrooms, a laundry, bathroom and separate toilet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The main bedroom leads onto a private balcony

The region boasts many great wineries, restaurants, cafes, arts and crafts and boutique shops. Renowned as one of the worlds best surf locations you will find stunning and pristine beaches with clear aqua waters including breathtaking unspoiled natural scenery with an abundance of wildlife such as whales, dolphins, kangaroos, parrots and cockatoos. The marine life is easily accessed by the numerous safe and protected snorkeling locations close by. There are numerous walking routes including the well known cape to cape trail that are suitable for all abilities. Children will be entertained by the numerous activities in the region including our famous caves!
