Additionally, a Breville Nescafe espresso machine, complete with a starter pack of coffee pods, is provided for your enjoyment. The living area is designed for comfort and entertainment, with a Smart TV, free WiFi, and additional air conditioning unit. Step outside to the private side yard, which is enclosed and paved, offering a delightful space for outdoor enjoyment.
