This private 3 bedroom home caters for all weather conditions featuring a tropical indoor courtyard which leads to a wonderfully spacious, open plan living/dining room/kitchen. Protected by the native foreshore, you won’t have to worry about those windy days to relax on the loungers beside the sparkling in-ground swimming pool. Accommodating up to 6 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms, Roya is everything you desire in a luxury beachfront holiday house. Roya not only features three large bedrooms, but also one luxurious en-suite bathroom and a second guest bathroom, as well as an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The property has been designed and appointed to ensure privacy and easy-living, allowing guests to enjoy the relaxation afforded by tropical outdoor living. Whether you want to unwind, write a book, stroll down the beach at sunset, collect shells with your children, Roya will provide your home away from home. There are several dining options within walking distance, plus Woolworths and pharmacy. The village centre of Mission Beach is just 5 minutes drive, with a range of cafe's, bars and restaurants plus specialty shops and gallery for a spot of retail therapy. Secure garage parking plus space to park the boat in the driveway, Roya is a great holiday home-base for you to explore the tropical islands just offshore or for your next fishing trip.
