With everything you need just steps away—from outdoor adventures to the town’s restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, and amenities—this property is a perfect choice for your next coastal adventure. Inside, the unit features a spacious, air-conditioned living area with a separate dining space that adjoins the well-equipped kitchen. The living room flows onto the large covered balcony, ideal for entertaining and enjoying the beach views and refreshing coastal breezes. Both bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, and direct access to the balcony. They share a main bathroom with a shower, vanity, and bathtub, along with a convenient powder room with toilet and basin. Additional conveniences include a single lock-up garage and an internal laundry complete with a washer and dryer. Coffee lovers will be spoilt for choice with Beach Bums and Wingman cafés both within 300 metres. Wharf Street’s vibrant dining scene is just 150 metres away, home to local gems including Modan Kitchen, The Sicilian and Tartt, as well as Forster’s monthly markets, held at Town Park just across the road.
