UPSTAIRS you'll find 3 large bedrooms - all promising a great night sleep on hotel quality medium plush mattresses (2 king & 1 queen), with cloud-like hotel-quality pillows, high thread count cotton sheets and buttery-soft, French linen quilt covers - perfect for cool nights in summer and warm nights in winter. The master bedroom has its own luxe ensuite with toilet, large shower with rain head & hand held shower. The other 2 bedrooms have joint access to a large main bathroom with large shower, deep bathtub and separate toilet. There is also a 3rd toilet downstairs for guests. Bedroom 2 also enjoys access to its very own balcony for stunning sunset evenings on the comfy outdoor deck chairs. The second living area with 55 inch smart TV, lounge & its own northerly facing balcony can also be enjoyed upstairs. Hi! I'm Karina. I'm an Adelaide local and proud mum of two teenagers. I’m a lover of architecture, interior design and art, and my happy place is by the beach. This home by the sea is a fusion of all that I love to do - to Create Beautiful Spaces for exceptional experiences and everlasting memories. I'm also a lover of animals, and often spend my evenings snuggling with my two dogs - Samson and George. Two brothers from the same litter of Staffies. They're the best! I welcome families with dogs to stay at the house and enjoy the dog-friendly beach. Whenever I travel, I search for personal touches and conveniences, hence why you will find so many in this house. They help make a getaway so special and memorable. I look forward to hosting you, your friends and family at the Sandbar Retreat on Moseley and am so excited to share this experience with you.

People from all backgrounds come here for the sand, surf, restaurants and entertainment. Within 50m of the house, you have a supermarket (open 7 days a week), bakeries, cafes and take away shops, a pet butcher, chemist and post office. Within 400 metres you have the stunning and popular Henley Beach. Help yourself to the 'pull along' beach buggy, large beach cabana, towels and toys (all supplied at the house) and enjoy a family day out at the beach. The beach is also dog friendly so you can bring your furry friend too (extra cleaning costs apply). Check with me for on leash/off leash times throughout the year. Enjoy a 5 mins+ walk to vibrant Henley Beach Square and the Henley Jetty (Pier), for a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and beach side fun. Enjoy a long lunch with family, playtime with the kids, or a romantic evening all in the one place. There are also plenty of shopping options: with the closest shopping mall - Westfield West Lakes only a 5 minutes drive north, or 10 minutes south - find Adelaide's largest outlet mall - HarborTown. as is the Royal Adelaide Golf Course. Or drive south 5 minutes and enjoy the West Beach Golf Coarse or mini golf, or West Beach Adventure Pack.
