A BRAND new luxury apartment designed by Marco Meneguzzi boasting luxurious furnishings and amenities incl Nespresso machine, Aircon & smart TV.
A 2-minute walk to arguably the whitest sand beach in the world with the Cooked Goose cafe a few doors up offering great local food.
There are 2 residences on the property. The apartment is a separate dwelling.
Street parking available.
Hyams beach cafe offers great breakfast and lunch options using amazing local produce. It has great coffee too.

Huskisson offers boutique speciality stores and a fish and chip shop that has been voted the best in nsw multiple times. The husky pub is a great place for a drink and a great pub meal. The area also has some other great restaurants a 10-12 min drive from Hyams.
A 5 minute drive away is a shopping complex with supermarkets . Liquor store, pharmacy etc.
Parking available on the street at the front of the property. Traveling around by car is best. You’re welcome to use the driveway to unload
