With arguably the best view in Hyams Beach, the 180-degree perspective is breathtaking from both its main wrapround and upper bedroom decks. The house features 2 upstairs rooms with amazing views that can sleep 6 and it’s an easy 200 metre walk to stunning Chinamans Beach. Please note: Take care when entering or leaving the property as the driveway is steep. Lotus Street is a dual carriage street with one-way systems in place. This said, for lower style vehicles, it is easier to enter the driveway from the right as you go up and left as you exit. As this is village, we request no parties and no smoking in the house - please. You will be evicted if these rules are broken. Summer Season 26/27 (18 December to 21 January) 7 night minimums apply. Sea Point is located at the northern end of the village on a high point that overlooks Chinamans Beach, the village, National Park and Jervis Bay. It is a quiet, secluded pocket while still close to everything. Why choose Sea Point? Sea Point has lovely, spacious living areas with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The house is laid out in an open and very comfortable configuration with simply spectacular views from all rooms, main and upstairs decks.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
