In line with the Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) Legislation (NSW 2020), guests must follow these rules. -Please inform us of any extra guests or day visitors for safety and insurance purposes. -In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay. -Maximum overnight guests: 6. Day visitors: up to 3 extra people (total max 9 on the property at any time). Written approval is required for any visitors beyond booked guests. -No smoking—evidence of smoking may incur a 500 AUD fine. -Respect our neighbours—no loitering outside or in shared areas, and please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 pm. -This is a strict no-party home. Breach of house rules may result in eviction without refund. -Late check-outs or early check-ins must be requested in advance and may incur a fee. -Date changes are only possible if your check-in is more than a month away and are subject to approval and possible surcharges. -Access details will be sent the night before. - We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. -Cot and highchair available. Please BYO linen. - The home comes with 1 visitor parking space that's first come first serve. We cannot guarantee a parking space if it's being used. There is also free 24-hour street parking outside the home. The clearance space for the parking area is only 2 meters. -Please note, the Aircon/heating is only in the living room/kitchen area. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. -There is no elevator in this building. There are 5 steps at the front entry and 27 steps going up to the apartment.
