Tucked away on a peaceful dirt road, this charming house offers a tranquil retreat that blends moder comforts with natures ambiance. Located close both to Rye Township and stunning beaches, this 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom property combines the best of both worlds, with secluded privacy and the vibrance of the township. Off road boat and car parking. Contemporary style inviting space to gaher with family. Cosy lounges offer comfortable seating and climate control. The living spaces extend to an outdoor living and BBQ area surrounded by trees. The 4 bedrooms offer ample space for family and friends. The master bedroom features a king size bed, an ensuite, split AC and TV. There is another queen room with AC, and 2 rooms with tri bunks, one with TV and AC. The enclosed backyeard offers a private haven where guests can relax and enjoy the outdoors. The Mornington Peninsula is home to world class wineries and golf courses. The Peninsula Hot Springs are also in Rye, together with spectacular beaches and an abundance of parklands. Guests are requied to complete booking form, and license ID and credit card details are required. 20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival. No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date. No groups under 25.
