Modern two storey townhouse located just a short stroll from Inverlochs pristine beaches. The spacious living and dining area are the perfect place to relax and enjoy a long day after the beach and includes reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. Courtyard garden with BBQ and an outdoor dining area perfect for outdoor meals. The large kitchen has all the modern amenities including dishwasher, microwave and a large kitchen bench perfect for gathering around and chatting about your day at the beach. A downstairs Laundry area also includes a toilet for your convenience. Upstairs comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds, the master has its own ensuite and reverse cycle air conditioning. The main bathroom services the 2nd bedroom and the bunk area. A roof top deck is a great place for entertaining, taking in the sea views and the beautiful night sky. Situated within close walking distance to the beach, foreshore reserves, and town centre, this property also includes a double lock up garage. Separate Host Terms and Conditions must be completed to finalise your booking. This property does include line(sheets and towels) Pet Friendly No Schoolies
