The private suite of 22 square metres, is situated at the front of our house with private courtyard entrance. We are owners in residence, and your suite is completely secured from entry from our house giving you a private and quiet area of your own. It is situated within an easy 5min walk to one of the most pristine ocean entrances in the region. The Entrance offers safe swimming and snorkeling and you can swim or kyak across to reach the nearby Burrill Beach. The Suite looks out to a quiet street view of the cul-de-sac and has access to a secured small courtyard, with BBQ, seating, cold shower and storage for bikes, kayaks or surfboards. The area of Dolphin Point is a less crowded area to Mollymook beach and the inland town of Milton - but still within an easy 6-8 klm drive from those centres. Please note that your booking does not include the full residence. Also note there is no kitchen sink within the suite so we offer a washing up service for guests should they need plates washed. There is a small fridge, microwave, toaster, electric jug and sandwich press supplied aswell as plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery. An outside small gas BBQ is also supplied.

We are a semi-retired couple who love everything the south coast offers - surfing, swimming, fishing and roaming the beach and bush walks. We are easy-going and laid back and enjoy arts, crafts and music. We are owners in residence and can assist you throughout your stay with local information about bushwalks, safe swimming, nearby amenities, fishing and boating and surf breaks.

Our quiet cul de sac street comprises full time residences, no rented out properties, and those who are mainly retired. The demographics of Dolphin Point is a laid back surfing and fishing community. The beach life with respect for and preservation of nature and the environment is well supported here. It is not unusual to see whales breaching and dolphins in the waves at our ocean entrance and nearby Burrill Beach (hence the name Dolphin Point). There is a block of shops with 2 cafes, supermarket, newsagent and hair dresser within an easy 10 min walk. A newly opened bakery, retro shop, fish and chip takeaway and bottle shop are also close by. Facilities within an easy walk include stand up paddle board hire, tennis court hire, mini golf and bird feeding.
