Overlooking the Gold Coast Broadwater, it features accommodation with a private balcony offering water or hinterland views. Guests have access to a hot tub and 2 BBQ and entertainment areas. There is a tour booking service where friendly staff are happy to arrange tickets to theme parks and other local attractions. Free undercover parking is provided. Silvershore Apartments on the Broadwater is a short 3-minute drive from Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre. Wet'n'Wild Water World, Warner Bros Movie World and Australian Outback Spectacular are all 20 minutes’ drive away. The Gold Coast Airport is a 50-minute drive. Your self-contained apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan dining and living area with flat-screen TV a CD and DVD player. Each bathroom has a bathtub and hairdryer. Your property description is created based on the facilities and amenities you add. It’s then translated into multiple languages, which can increase bookings by appealing to all potential guests. Notice: Renovations will take place in various apartments between 8 AM – 4 PM on the following dates: Level 6: 28/01/25 – 09/02/25 Level 5: 31/01/25 Level 2: 06/02/25 – 07/03/25 Level 9: 10/02/25 – 28/02/25 Level 7: 20/02/25 – 08/03/25 Noise disruptions may occur, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you are looking to relax, unwind, rejuvenate and soak up the amazing Queensland sunshine, then this is it!

Situated on the panoramic Broadwater, Silvershore Apartments is just minutes away by water taxi from Seaworld and the Marina Mirage, and close to the famous theme parks of the Gold Coast - Dreamworld, Movieworld, Wild ‘n’ Wet, White Waterworld and the Australian Outback Experience (with pick up to and from your doorstep). You’re around ten minutes to the heart of the Gold Coast for shopping, other beaches and Griffith University. Public transport is at your doorstep as is Harbour Town with its huge range of factory outlets. You’re minutes away from cafes, including the Grand Hotel with its many restaurants, bars and entertainment. The Southport Yacht Club and Shopping Centre are also nearby. The Broadwater is an aquatic playground, home to many water activities. There is everything imaginable to do or to hire – bikes, jet skis, kite surfing, parasailing and canoeing. Or just paddle in the water, read a book or build a sand castle. The pathways are perfect for that morning jog, long relaxed walk or something in between.
