Upmarket accomadation in a family home, with private bathroom and separtae toilet, Comfortable sleeping beds, fully air-conditioned. access to rear garden, parking on street within a super quiet neighbourhood. Walking distrance to CBD, eateries, clubs, racecourse, Leisure Centre with indoor pool and gym. Relax in family Room which has a 75 inch Smart TV, Netflix and Prime TV and BritBox. Rob and Janette, Retired Farmer and Mortgage Broker, keen golfers, fishing is a treat, racegoers, Sky channel is our go to for news and politics updates. we like to watch various Genre in Shows and Music however if AFL is on that what we are watching.
Quiet peacful leafy, very secure and private in our home.
