Resort facilities include a Mediterranean style pool area with poolside cabanas and sunbeds, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and private dining nooks, gym and sauna. This apartment offers two bedrooms, including master suite with a comfortable queen bed, access to the balcony, walk-through robe and an elegant ensuite complete with a rainfall shower. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and built in robe; with its own private bathroom. The living room offers relaxed comfort from the leather lounge with smart TV, sound bar and unlimited Wi-Fi. A separate media room offers additional space for relaxation with another smart TV and comfortable furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling glass stacker doors seamlessly join indoor and outdoor living, and the large, covered balcony is quietly situated for your continued relaxation or outside dining with ocean and mountain glimpses. Sol 701 is perfect for those seeking something special, something a little different from the standard coastal style unit. Featuring unique statement walls, solid timbers and natural fabrics, thoughtfully selected furnishings and décor, ecofriendly toiletries, and high-quality linens, all combined to provide a blissful stay. Sol 701 also provides a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine dryer and ironing board. There is secure parking for one car (2.1m) and lift access. Sol is strictly non-smoking in the unit, on balconies and common areas. No pets are permitted at any time. High quality linen, including plush beach towels, are included, and beds will be made up for your arrival. Keys are to be collected from and return to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta.

Whether you’re looking for action and adventure or a peaceful place to unwind, the southern Gold Coast will not disappoint! It truly is a beautiful part of the world. Lined with Norfolk Pines, turquoise waters and white sand, the Southern Gold Coast is home to some of the Gold Coast’s best beaches. Enjoy a day at one of our glorious patrolled beaches- Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun or Bilinga! Or head to Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks or Greenmount for world-class surfing. There’s plenty of whale watching opportunities from the heights of Kirra Point lookout or Point Danger, or pack a picnic and enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. From here you can look back to see the entire coastline up to Surfer’s Paradise and know that you have really slowed down. That doesn’t mean it’s boring! The southern Gold Coast has an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of activities and attractions to keep the kids busy.
