Relax & unwind, both indoors with the choice of 3 living areas, & outdoors in the beautiful gardens. The mid century vibe throughout the property gives a sense of tranquility as soon as you walk in the door. This property is perfect for the whole family. Walk to the beach within minutes. This home has a no party policy & we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding & cooperation.  Sorry no hens, bucks & absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
