Ideal for corporate guests, Spacious Seaviews is nestled snugly up on the eighth floor of the modern new Bayshore complex on Bay St, that has an indoor pool, a gymnasium and extra storage facilities, just 150m from the beach. Perfect for two, your StayCentral corporate Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, huge living and dining area, one bedroom, an office area with a desk, a balcony, one bathroom and its own laundry facilities. The balcony and bedroom overlook Port Phillip Bay just down the road, as well as the street and cafes below. **Please note: We will collect credit card details prior to your stay to act as security. Property may also be subject to a refundable bond under some circumstances.

There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, everyday shops, great pubs and supermarket on your doorstep. Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and it's continuous beaches. To the left you will find some of the most stunning seaside homes, both historic and trendy, along the walk to St Kilda Point.

Please note that there is a 1.7% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard and 3.42% for American Express. Check-in is from 15:00 hours. All guests will be greeted on arrival. For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100 fee will apply. A surcharge of AU50 will apply to all arrivals on public holidays. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance. If this is not done or the guest does not present themselves at the agreed time, an AU100 no-show fee will be charged. Payment of any kind cannot be made on arrival.
