Your hosts are Julie and Jason, a married couple who live locally, and their right hand woman Emma. On any given day, you’ll find Julie in the office, managing administration and overseeing that guests have a memorable trip. Jason is the photographer and maintenance hero. Their operations manager, Emma, corresponds with guests and organizes the housekeeping teams.

Enjoy spectacular views across the water from your own private deck. Located in the gorgeous suburb of Mount Nelson, this home is the perfect base while in Hobart. With modern fittings throughout, this house is sure to delight. The house has Wifi access and TV's in both the lounge room and main room, both which chromecast for you to enjoy. The property consists of a 4 bedroom house and 1 bedroom unit interconnecting making the listing a 5 bedroom house. There is a fantastic deck area to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening while using the Weber Q BBQ facility. The main kitchen is well equipped with a kitchen island and incredible views. There is also a second fully equipped kitchen in the unit. There are 3 full bathrooms and 1 extra toilet. There are DVD's and books for you to enjoy during your stay. We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest. As you can see from the gorgeous views, the house is located on a hill. Therefore, the driveway is quite steep and care needs to be taken. A hand rail has been installed to assist guests but please consider if any of your guests have any access issues.

The house is close to the Sandy Bay shopping precinct and a local grocer is just around the corner. You can enjoy one of the many nearby walking tracks and discover the beauty of the Tasmanian wilderness. The iconic Mount Wellington park is also nearby.
