• Bright open plan living with well appointed kitchen & living & dining.
• The living area features polished concrete flooring & split system AC.
• Upstairs to three bedrooms-the master suite features queen bed, walk in robe & ensuite, with a split system airconditioner.
• The two remaining bedrooms, both with split system airconditioners for your comfort, (queen in one, double and single beds in the other) have built in robes and are serviced by the modern central bathroom.
• All weather outdoor entertaining, private rear yard & double garage with internal access.
Pets can now join you at this property but no more than two small dogs, and only downstairs- not on carpets or couches.
