Property information

Tucked away behind a high front fence where you can feel comfortable that your littlies are secure and safe and you can hide away from the beach crowds if the need arises. Please Note there is a maximum 6 adults permitted as the bunks are not suitable for adults. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms, one has an ensuite and one has a built-in desk and upstairs is another bedroom! So that is 5 in total. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, downstairs are 1 King, 1 queen bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with trio bunks (double on the bottom and single on the top). There is another downstairs bathroom with a walk in shower and separate bath and a laundry with a front loader washing machine. The bedrooms have Nobo style heaters and upstairs has a R/C air conditioner. Upstairs is an open plan living/dining area offers floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is neat and functional with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the other required amenities. Double sliding doors lead out to a large deck with built in outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining/lounge area inviting you to enjoy a cool drink on a lazy summer afternoon - or just anytime really. LINEN: BYO bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats & tea towels) Linen hire available by prior arrangement Bed sizes: 1 King with king doona, 2 queen 1 with king doona one with queen, 2 x double both with queen doonas and 2 x singles with single doonas. PETS: Unfortunately this property is NOT pet friendly. PARTIES: Parties are NOT permitted. This is a quiet residential area with mostly permanent residences – we ask guests to be considerate of the neighbours and ensure they are not disturbed with loud noise. FRONT LAWN: Please do NOT park cars on the front lawn *Deposit or full payment is processed once booking is confirmed. A non-refundable credit card surcharge applies: 1.5% for Visa/MC, 3% for Amex. Neighbourhood information

In a great Old Lonnie, just a hop, skip and jump from the footy oval and front Springs Beach and a lazy 10 minute walk to the shopping village. The Lonsdale Links golf course is just a few minutes away and there is a bike track so if you bring your bike you can ride into Queenscliff or if you are more adventurous and energetic you could ride the rail trail. Point Lonsdale’s main shopping and dining strip is just a short walk away, with a supermarket amongst its many cafes and boutiques. Make the most of the many walking trails up and around the famous lighthouse, whilst enjoying the many beaches scattered around both the quieter bay side and naturally stunning ocean side of town. Further afield, heritage Queenscliff is a photographer’s delight, whilst Geelong and Melbourne are easily accessible.
