Unwind in this newly renovated 3 bedroom home in the heart of Myrtleford. Only a 2 minute drive or 14 minute walk to the centre of town. accommdation. Whether you ski, ride, climb, drink wine, holiday with family or just come to breathe in some fresh mountain air , this is the house for you. The new kitchen is fully functional, stocked with coffee pod machine, microwave, cooking utensils and crockery, cutlery and glassware. The open-plan dining and living room is spacious and perfect for gathering around the extendable dining table, or in the comfort of the large cosy lounges surrounding the fireplace. There is also a spilt system to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The house can accommodate up to 7 guests. The first two bedrooms have queen size beds whilst the next bedroom has 2 single beds and a trundle bed. Pet friendly accommodation for small to medium size dogs (up to 25kg). Fifty dollar pet fee applies per per, per stay. Note: dogs are not allowed in the house and can sleep in the laundry or shed.The bathroom has a full size bath and separate shower. Just outside is the laundry which consists of a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
