This simple modern style house features a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living. The main bedroom features a queen size bed, built in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. Another room features a double size bed with built in wardrobes. The final bedroom has a single bunk bed and single bed with built in wardrobes. Down the hall is the main bathroom and separate laundry room that can double as a drying room with a boot dryer. The outside deck has a BBQ and overlooks a spacious yard, ideal for a small family. Free Wi-Fi and chrome cast connected to the living room TV makes it easier to sit back and watch your favourite shows, projected straight from your own device. There is a electric heating n all rooms and a gas heater in the main living area. Outside there is off street parking for up to 3 cars and even the boat. Other important facts: - This property is fully equipped with linen for your stay (towels, bed linen, tea towels etc.) - Your booking includes a starter pack of amenities and a Friendly Grocer Voucher - A 50% deposit is taken at time of booking.
