Stage 1, a Grand Design House of the Year Finalist 2024, offering a modern kid kid-friendly holiday home for your next adventure. A peaceful 2-bedroom house is ideally located minutes from the surf beach, golf course, and tennis courts. Features include: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 6 guests, Wifi, smart TV, air conditioning and hydronic heating, full kitchen with dishwasher, laundry facilities, and BBQ. Please note: Linen and towels are not provided but can be hired for an additional fee.

Situated an easy 1.5hr drive from Melbourne, Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff are perfectly positioned to explore all that the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road has to offer.
