This home is 192 m2 plus a large balcony and separate courtyard. They don't make town houses this big any more! The laundry/kitchenette facilities downstairs include an iron and ironing board, a separate washing machine, moisture-sensing clothes dryer and tub, as well as a bar fridge, microwave and a small supply of cutlery, crockery, cups and cleaning products. Off-street car parking is generally available for one car, with additional free and unlimited parking on the street **Please note: We will collect credit card details prior to your stay to act as security. Property may also be subject to a refundable bond under some circumstances. Pet stays NB: Many of our properties, (but not this one), are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings!

Please note that there is a 1.7% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard and 3.42% for American Express. Check-in is from 15:00 hours. All guests will be greeted on arrival. For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100 fee will apply. A surcharge of AU50 will apply to all arrivals on public holidays. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance. If this is not done or the guest does not present themselves at the agreed time, an AU100 no-show fee will be charged. Payment of any kind cannot be made on arrival. A deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking, and the balance at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date. We will also require your direct email, a photo of you holding your photo ID and a list of guest names and ages to be uploaded into StayCentral's guest portal before your booking can be confirmed. For very last minute bookings or extended stays, a refundable bond of at least $1200 may be taken
