The Main House The main house spans two levels, boasting five beautifully designed bedrooms with ocean views and spacious living areas that effortlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces. The ground floor features an expansive living area with a cozy fireplace, a sophisticated dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors open out to the resort-style pool area on one side and an ocean-view patio with comfortable seating on the other. Upstairs you'll find the Master Bedroom with super king bed, ocean views, and a luxe ensuite. There is a children's room with bunk beds (sleeping 3 children) and a dedicated lounge area for kids to unwind and play. Kids will absolutely love the play area adjacent to the pool area - with climbing wall and slippery slide, lawn area and a basketball ring. Children will also enjoy the in-ground trampoline in the front yard, adding an extra layer of family-friendly fun. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, powder room, living areas with gas fireplace plus the kitchen. Neighbourhood information

Just a short 9 kilometre drive north of Coffs Harbour, the panoramic views, resorts, and clear blue waters of Sapphire Beach await you. Midway along Sapphire Beach is the South Solitary Island viewing platform, where you can take in panoramic views of this historic lighthouse island and neighbouring island, Split Solitary Island. You can visit South Solitary Island by helicopter from May to August for a tour of the lighthouse and island. Take a boat tour or go diving in Solitary Island Marine Park waters surrounding the island. At the southern end of Sapphire Beach is White Bluff. Take the White Bluff Walking Track from the beach or Headland Rd to explore the rocky outcrops of the bluff, stop for a picnic and or take in the sunset views. Sapphire Beach can be accessed from several exits off the Pacific Highway. You'll find beach access points with playground facilities, cafe, beach showers, toilets, and parking.
