It is impeccably located just a couple of minutes walk from one of Darwin's best cafe's, five minutes walk to Cullen Bay, the casino and Mindil Markets and just ten minutes walk to the city. The property itself has three spacious bedrooms, two opulent bathrooms, a large kitchen and open plan living. There is also a great balcony with BBQ, swiming pool and parking.
