Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The bedroom also has a wardrobe space for your luggage. The bedroom also has a smart TV, which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, or other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you must use your account. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room features a cosy couch where you can unwind and relax. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: There is no dedicated parking space for this unit, but you can utilise the visitor parking space that is often empty. If visitor parking is unavailable, you need to find free street parking around the unit. There are few free 2H parking in Robston St.
