Perched in a prime Chevron position and just 800m from the world-famous Surfers Paradise beach, this modern villa spoils you with space and superior style. Exceptionally designed, with contemporary interiors that exude a flair, enjoy a sleek kitchen with dual ovens for effortless entertaining as well as an open plan living and dining zone with views framing the pool. This 4 bedroom (and media) 4 bathroom villa is perfect for families. Beautifully-decorated large four-bedroom, 4 bathroom Villa is perfectly designed and has three small outdoor balconies, the Villa offers a beautiful private place to unwind, relax and enjoy the closeness of Surfers paradise and what it has to offer. You’ll be greeted with a generous, open-plan living space that flows between a kitchen, butlers pantry, living and outdoor entertainment area with your own private pool. Indoors you’ll find a dining table for 8 people, 2 lounges, smart TV, while outside you’ll find an outdoor dining space and a BBQ (Please see notes) The second level is where you’ll find four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a KING beds while the fourth bedroom features 2 single beds,. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is also a walk through shared bathroom with a shower, bath and a separate toilet for other guest. As an addition downstairs there is a media room to watch movies or sporting events away from the main living area which can be used as the 5th bedroom (No door) would prefer for children only The kitchen is fitted with all you’ll need—including a dishwasher, stove top, oven, microwave and all basic cooking utensils, a butlers pantry with a coffee machine. Additional luxuries include secure parking for two cars, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself.

Only 500 metres to the sand at Budds Beach in Surfers Paradise and 800 metres to the main Surfers Paradise Beach, this contemporary villa caters for families who want to holiday together. With views of the Nerang River and the city skyline, you are literally on the edge of everything you need to have a fabulous holiday. Walk down to the river to get to Jet Boat Extreme, Australian Whale Watching or the Gold Coast Wax Museum. At Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre, there are amazing places to wine and dine including Sandjiono’s, the Local Tavern, Betty’s Burgers and Max Brenner Chocolate Bar; enjoy a little indulgence at Endota Spa, or entertain the kids at the Infinity Attraction funhouse. Chevron Renaissance is also a great place to get the essentials if you want to cook at the home. On Chevron Island itself, you have a wide range of eateries and cuisines to choose from Brazilian to Japanese, and The Lean Chef Kitchn, as well as various cafes and bakeries. There are a couple of parks for free entertainment, as well as walks along the river's edge. For more entertainment ideas for kids of all ages, you have iFly (indoor skydiving), Holey Moley (indoor mini golf), Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, Infinity Attraction and the Build a Bear Workshop. The villa is a 25-minute drive to Movie World, Wet N Wild and the Australian Outback Adventure with Seaworld only a leisurely 8 minutes away.
