In our view one of the best locations close to the CBD. Conveniently situated in Subiaco, close to West Perth businesses Hay St cafe strip, Rokeby Road entertainment, restaurants and shopping strip, St John of God Hospital, Perth Children & QEll Hospitals and the train station. This comfortable apartment includes access to an outdoor pool/spa and BBQ area. Your home away from home, with added comforts and luxuries to spoil every traveller puts you in the heart of everything Perth has to offer!

Neighbourhood information

The Rokeby Road café, entertainment and restaurant strip is just a short distance down Hay Street with both Coles and Woolworths located at Subiaco Centrsl. Regal Theatre is walking distance. The St John of God Hospital less than 1km, King Edward Memorial Hospital is a short 3 min drive and QEII, Hollywood, Sir Charles Gardiner Hospitals and Perth Children's Hospital are only an 8 minute drive. Subiaco is an upmarket trendy area which boasts many boutique shops and the nighbourhood has a great feel to it.Also it is a close distance by car to The University of WA, King's Park. Perth Modern School and the new Bob Hawk College a short stroll away. Youre just 500m from Subiaco Train station and a 6-minute train ride from the city. Bus transport is also available. The Rokeby Road café, entertainment and restaurant strip is just a 10-minute stroll away with both Coles and Woolworths located 500m away.
