Located directly opposite Mornington Park with stunning bay views, this brand new 3 bed, 2 bath showpiece residence offers its guests the ultimate in contemporary luxury. State-of-the-art finishes, with sun-soaked open-plan living & dining complementing a sleek Miele & stone appointed kitchen & huge terrace with beautiful views. This dream-like cosmopolitan coastal retreat also enjoys the convenience of 2 basement car spaces, 2 Smart TVs, ambient gas log fireplace and heating & AC throughout. This home has a no party policy & we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.  Sorry no hens, bucks & absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones. Also no pets allowed on premises.
